Anne-Laure Bossel works as a Senior Legal Counsel at Emmi Group. She is also Board Member of Emmi Pension Fund. Anne-Laure is a qualified Swiss lawyer, holds a LL.M. in International Business Law and practices in four languages (FR, DE, EN, ESP). Anne-Laure previously worked at the Office of the Attorney General of Switzerland (white collar crimes) and at the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (FDFA). She also practiced diplomacy and public relations in the Ambassy of Switzerland in Santo Domingo (Dominican Republic) and in a NGO in Santiago (Chile).

Stronger structures and drastic evolutions of the system and the mentalities in Switzerland are required to enable women having a career (including at the top) under the same conditions as their male counterparts, independently of their personal and family status.
