On 24 May 2022, an initiative was launched to establish an "International Day against harassment and for inclusion in the world of work".

 

Harassment affects the whole world of work: human and financial resources, people and structures. In total, one third of people in employment report unwelcome behaviour in the past year. This rate rises to half over their entire working life.
The first event took place in Geneva on 24 May 2023.
